Participants should be water confident in light clothing.

Loe Beach Watersports provides comprehensive insurance in the event of accident or loss only from their negligence and you may wish to consider taking out personal insurance.

The centre reserves the right to cancel a course (a transfer or full refund will be offered) or request that a participant who does not meet the course criteria withdraw.

Many of our courses are physically demanding and you should ensure that you have an adequate level of fitness for the activities to be undertaken. If you have a medical problem eg. epilepsy, heart condition etc you are strongly advised to consult with your doctor and the centre before booking.

Should you suffer from any disability you are required to disclose its nature with your booking. This will NOT disqualify participation, however, should you be in any doubt we recommend you contact your doctor or discuss this with the centre before booking.

In regards to safety; the opinion of the Senior Instructor on duty is final, if (s)he believes that a participants behaviour or fitness may be a risk to their or other persons safety, or enjoyment, they may be excluded from participation. Unfortunately we can hold no responsibility for the wind & weather and there may be times during severe wind/weather that the Senior Instructor on duty deems it unsafe to proceed with your activity. If this is the case an alternate date can be arranged but regrettably under normal circumstances refunds cannot be offered.
